Thank you for visiting bermi.org. This website will host information about my contributions to the Open Source community, professional projects, articles, and interesting news and links related to my work.

My interest areas include the development of rapid Web development frameworks, internationalization / localization, code portability, usability, user interface design, accessibility, design patterns, agile methodologies and unit testing among others.

Now I'm working at Akelos Media, S.L., a web applications development firm based in Carlet, Spain. At this company I've developed the Akelos Framework; a port to PHP of the well known Ruby on Rails, as well as InmoEasy, a Real Estate listing management system.
